Proprio’s Director of Marketing Jessica Wicks was interviewed recently by the Women in Leadership and Entrepreneurship Podcasthosted by Heather Barnhouse.
Barnhouse focused the interview on topics surrounding women in leadership, career development, and advice for women in medical technology. Wicks emphasized the importance of professional development saying, “If you have never failed then you are not raising your hand enough or taking big enough swings.”
Additionally, Wicks talks about Proprio’s intelligent navigation technology and how it will disrupt the market. “The technology itself has what we call ‘unfair advantages’ compared to other competitors in the market to where we’re going to be able to be very differentiated and create a new category in the space of enabling technology for surgery,” says Wicks.
